Terms of service.

These terms cover buying and attending anything sold on creativesystemslab.com. Buying a session means you accept them.
Who you are buying from
Creative Systems Lab is operated by Amanda Grace Design, a sole proprietorship, at 14629 Corkys Farm Lane, Waterford, VA 20197. Contact: contact@amandagracedesign.com.
What you are buying

Sessions run live on Zoom at the scheduled time and are recorded. If you cannot attend live, the replay is yours to keep.
Refunds
All sales are final. There are no refunds once a live session has begun.
Because every purchase gives immediate permanent access to the replay and materials, a session cannot be returned once it has run. If something goes wrong on our end — you could not get access, or a session did not happen — email education@amandagracedesign.com and it will be made right.
Build Clinics
Build Clinics are included with the Founding Season only. They are live 60-minute calls where questions submitted through the question box are worked through on screen. The promise is the format, not a personal slot — not every question will be covered on every call, and questions are not monitored between calls.
What you may do with the materials
Replays, prompts, templates and downloads are licensed to you personally, for use in your own business, for as long as you want them. You may:
- Use anything you build in the sessions commercially, including for paying clients
- Adapt the prompts and templates to your own business as much as you like
You may not:
- Share, resell or republish the replays, materials or your access link
- Teach the material as your own course or workshop
- Post recordings or materials publicly, in whole or in part
Access is for one person. Sharing a login may result in access being revoked without a refund.
Recording and conduct
Sessions are recorded and the replay is given to everyone who bought that session. Attending means you accept that anything you say or show on camera may appear in it. Attend with camera and microphone off if you prefer not to appear. Behavior that disrupts a session for other people may result in removal without a refund.
Third-party AI tools
Sessions teach you to use Claude, made by Anthropic. You need your own Claude account, which is not included in the price, and your use of it is governed by Anthropic's terms, not ours. AI output can be wrong — check anything before you publish it or send it to a client. We are not responsible for what an AI tool produces for you.
Results
You will leave each session with something built. What that earns you depends on your business, your market and your work. Nothing here is a guarantee of income or results, and nothing taught is legal, tax or financial advice.
Schedule changes
Dates and topics can move. If a session date changes, buyers are told by email and the replay obligation stands regardless. If a session is canceled outright and not rescheduled, that session is refunded.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top shows the current version, and changes do not apply retroactively to something you have already bought.
