This policy covers creativesystemslab.com. It explains what is collected when you visit the site, sign up for a free resource, or buy a session — and how to get any of it removed.
Who is responsible
Creative Systems Lab is operated by Amanda Grace Design, a sole proprietorship ("we", "us"), at 14629 Corkys Farm Lane, Waterford, VA 20197. Questions and data requests: contact@amandagracedesign.com.
What is collected

Live sessions are recorded. If you attend on camera or ask a question out loud, that may appear in the replay given to other members. Attend with your camera and microphone off if you would rather not appear.
Who it is shared with
Data is not sold, and never will be. It is shared only with the services needed to run the business:

Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data it holds.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to count visits and see which pages get used. It records page views, clicks on the main buttons, form completions, and checkout starts. It does not read anything you type into a form beyond the fact that you submitted it.
You can opt out at any time with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Nothing on the site breaks if you do.
You only get email if you asked for it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe at the bottom and it works immediately. You can also reply to any email and ask to be removed.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your data entirely
- Send you a copy of it
- Stop emailing you
Email contact@amandagracedesign.com and it will be handled within 30 days. There is no charge, and asking will not affect your access to anything you have bought.
If you are in the EU or UK, the lawful bases relied on are consent (for marketing email), contract (to deliver what you purchased), and legitimate interests (to understand site usage and keep the site working). If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
How long it is kept
Email subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data expires on the retention schedule set in Google Analytics.
Children
This site is for people running a business and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top will change and, where the change affects you, subscribers will be told by email.
