How it works

An offer is four answers. WHO it's for - and "everyone" means no one. WHAT CHANGES for them - nobody buys ingredients, they buy the after. WHY YOURS - the answer is almost always already true, you've just never said it out loud. WHY THIS PRICE - anchored with confidence, not apologized for.

When your listing feels mushy, it's because one of the four is missing. This isn't a personality problem or a marketing-talent problem. It's a missing-page problem, and pages can be built.

Remember RCTF from Session 2? Same move, one level up. RCTF fixed how you ASK Claude. The Four Answers fix what you SELL. And just like Session 2, you won't memorize anything - a helper does the structure for you.

Build it together (the live portion)

Screen-share. Follow along. Ask questions in real time. This is where Claude interviews your answer out of you - one honest question at a time - and a positioning project that stalls for months gets finished in an hour.

  • Step 1 - Load the foundation (5 min) Fresh chat. Your Session 1 Cheat Sheet rides in automatically, so Claude already knows your business. Pick ONE offer - your best seller or the one you most want to sell. The rest get their turn later.
  • Step 2 - The Offer Sharpener interview (15 min) Claude asks one question at a time - what you sell, who actually buys it, what buyers say afterward - until it has your four answers. Short, honest answers beat polished ones. I go first with my own offer, embarrassingly honestly.
  • Step 3 - First draft of your statement (10 min) Claude assembles the one-pager: audience, transformation, differentiator, proof, price-confidence. In your voice, because it knows your voice.
  • Step 4 - The skeptical buyer (15 min) Claude turns on you and raises the 3 most likely objections to YOUR offer. You answer like you would to a customer's face. The best lines get folded back into the statement.
  • Step 5 - The out-loud test (10 min) Read your say-it-out-loud line. Actually out loud. If you cringe, tell Claude what's off - "too salesy," "not how I talk" - and it fixes it on the spot.
  • Step 6 - Load it in (5 min) The condensed offer block goes into your Claude settings, and the Sharpener prompt goes into your library. Costs nothing - settings, not messages. From this moment, every chat knows your offer.
